Communication up to the order being dispatched was excellent and delivery was on time and we were contacted in advance to ensure we were in. Extremely good.
Product was very good but the instructions that came with it were only average. Ladder itself is very sturdy but the closing action is difficult to manage and could be a little dangerous. I think better instructions may help. All in all very pleased.

Purchased this ladder for use by on-site engineers. It's compact size means it easily fits in a car and is far more portable than a traditional ladder. After researching online, best price found for this product was on godirectaccess.ie. Free delivery was incredibly quick (Ordered Thurs PM, delivered Mon AM). Very pleased with quality.
